Volkswagen is expanding its ID.7 lineup with sporty GTX variants, including both sedan and tourer body styles. UK customers can place orders starting August 1st, with prices kicking off at £61,980 for the sedan and £62,670 for the tourer.

These all-electric models share the Pro S Match grade’s 86 kWh battery but boast an extra motor, delivering a combined 335 hp. This added power propels the sedan from 0 to 62 mph in 5.4 seconds, while the tourer takes a slightly longer 5.5 seconds.

Volkswagen’s ID.7 GTX offers a compelling blend of performance and practicality. The electric sedan and tourer variants boast impressive ranges, with the former achieving up to 366 miles on a full charge. Charging is swift, with a 10-80% recharge taking just 26 minutes when connected to a 200 kW charger.

Under the hood, the GTX models deliver sporty performance, accentuated by distinctive styling, 20-inch wheels, and advanced lighting. Inside, premium features like Harman Kardon audio, heated and ventilated seats, and an augmented reality head-up display enhance the driving experience.
