Lamborghini’s hotly anticipated successor to the Huracan is edging closer to its official revealing. Confirmed for a debut at Monterey Car Week on August 16th, the new supercar, rumored to be named Temerario, will mark a significant departure from its predecessor.
Recent spy shots of camouflaged prototypes have fueled speculation about its design, with renderings offering the tantalizing look of its aggressive styling. While the iconic V10 engine is being retired, the new model will embrace a hybridized powertrain, combining a twin-turbocharged V8 with electric assistance.
Lamborghini’s highly anticipated Temerario, codenamed 634, is set to redefine performance and electrification. This upcoming supercar, slated for a grand debut at the 2024 Monterey Car Week on August 16, will feature a potent twin-turbo V8 engine augmented by three electric motors, delivering a combined output surpassing 900 horsepower.
Expected to rival the performance of its larger sibling, the Revuelto, the Temerario marks another significant step in Lamborghini’s electrified journey following the Revuelto and Urus SE.
Given the brand’s history of creating multiple variants and limited editions based on successful models, it’s likely that the Temerario will spawn a range of high-performance derivatives in the future.
