Notorious for their bold widebody transformations, Japanese tuning house Liberty Walk has set its sights on a new canvas: the Tesla Model 3. Previously known for their work on roaring gasoline-powered machines like the Ford GT and Ferrari F40, this electric sedan marks a unique departure.
The once-discreet Model 3, neither conventionally beautiful nor unattractive, has shed its anonymity thanks to Liberty Walk’s signature touch. Founder Wataru Kato’s vision has resulted in the Liberty Walk Tesla Model 3 LB E Works, a vehicle that barely resembles the stock electric car that rolled into the shop.
Liberty Walk has revealed an aggressive body kit for the Tesla Model 3, transforming the electric sedan into a wide-bodied, low-slung spectacle.
The kit, constructed from fiber-reinforced plastic, features a prominent front lip spoiler, ducktail rear wing, air diffuser, side diffusers, and dramatic arch extensions that dramatically widen the car’s stance.
Buyers can opt for the full kit, including fenders, for $7,920 or a less extreme version without these elements for $6,270. Individual components like the front splitter and rear diffuser are also available separately.
While the kit can be fitted to any Model 3 variant, Liberty Walk suggests the Performance model for optimal results. Note that the kit does not include wheels, and the displayed car features aftermarket options.
