Despite the lukewarm reception among petrolheads, Brabus has revealed a sporty makeover for the smart #3 electric crossover coupe. Known for their performance-enhancing modifications, Brabus has focused primarily on aesthetics for this particular project.
However, they claim that these cosmetic enhancements not only enhance the EV’s sporty appeal but also improve its driving dynamics and reduce front-axle lift. The Brabus-tuned smart #3 features a redesigned front bumper with aggressive air intakes, a rear spoiler, and a diffuser-style element.
All parts are constructed from high-quality polyurethane and are designed to seamlessly integrate with the original vehicle. For those seeking even more visual flair, Brabus offers two different sets of alloy wheels: the Monobloc with a ten-spoke design in 20 inches and the Monoblock Z Platinum Edition with a center-lock hub cover in 21 inches.
While Brabus hasn’t offered any performance upgrades for the smart #3, they’ve still managed to raise its style. The crossover’s stance has been lowered by 1.4 inches, giving it a more sporty appearance. The larger 21-inch alloys still fit comfortably under the arches, and the black exterior with bi-tone wheels and red accents add a touch of aggression.
Inside, Brabus has also made its mark. The cabin features backlit scuff plates with the Brabus logo, red top-stitching on the headrests, aluminum pedal pads and footrest, and new Brabus-branded floor mats. These subtle touches further enhance the vehicle’s unique character.
