Incerum Customs, a Croatian workshop renowned for its exceptional custom bike builds, has once again showcased its extraordinary craftsmanship. Led by Antonio Ferhatovic, this team consistently delivers bikes that are nothing short of spectacular. Their latest creation, a modified BMW K 100, is a testament to their skill and passion.
Unlike their previous projects, this bike was not a client commission but a personal endeavor for the workshop’s chief mechanic. Seeking a versatile and thrilling ride for both city streets and racetracks, he chose the K 100 as the perfect foundation.
The Incerum team meticulously stripped the donor bike down to its bare essentials, then focused on transforming the frame. The main section was cleaned and polished, while the rear subframe was replaced with a significantly shorter, in-house-designed alternative. The entire chassis, along with the swingarm, fork lowers, and engine covers, was then coated in a sleek matte-black powder finish.
Turning their attention to the bodywork, the Incerum team opted to retain only the original fuel tank. The rest of the panels were replaced with custom-fabricated pieces that seamlessly integrate with the bike’s new form. The result is a sleek, minimalist aesthetic that perfectly complements the bike’s aggressive stance.
The K 100 has been transformed into a sleek, minimalist machine. With a repurposed BMW K 1200 RS taillight and a low-mounted license plate, the rear end is streamlined and modern. The front end is equally impressive, featuring twin headlights from an R 1250 GS and a handmade fender. A slim, black Alcantara saddle sits between the fuel tank and tail, and perforated metal accents add a touch of industrial chic.
The cockpit is equipped with aftermarket handlebars, Motogadget grips, and bar-end turn signals, as well as a single round dial and a rear-view mirror. The suspension and brakes have been completely overhauled, providing a more responsive and controlled ride.
The inline-four engine has been fitted with a custom exhaust system, delivering enhanced performance and a unique sound. New coolant plumbing ensures efficient cooling and CNC-machined rearsets improve ergonomics for a comfortable and confident riding position.
The bike’s stunning white and blue paint scheme, complemented by matching wheel and left engine cover accents, adds a touch of elegance and visual appeal. This meticulously crafted K 100 is a testament to the art of motorcycle customization, combining modern aesthetics with classic charm.
