Jeep’s electric Avenger has made its Australian debut. This compact crossover is now available in three trim levels, each powered by the same electric motor and battery. The 400-volt motor delivers 154 horsepower and 192 pound-feet of torque, providing a range of 246 miles on a single charge. The battery can be quickly recharged at 100 kW or more slowly at 11 kW.
The Avenger is offered in three trim levels: the Longitude, Limited, and Summit. The Longitude is the most affordable option, featuring 17-inch alloy wheels, cloth seats, dual 10.25-inch displays, and a range of safety features. The Limited and Summit trims add more luxury features and advanced technology.
The Jeep Avenger offers a range of features and amenities, depending on the chosen trim level. The base model, while already well-equipped, offers even more goodies in the Limited and Summit variants.
The Limited features a blend of cloth and TechnoLeather upholstery, an electric tailgate, heated side mirrors with electric adjustment, auto-folding, and puddle lamp, front, side, and rear parking sensors, wireless charging pad, height-adjustable cargo floor, blind spot assist, and intelligent cruise control with traffic jam assist and lane centering.
The Summit, the top of the line model, boasts 18-inch diamond-cut alloys, leather upholstery, a power driver’s seat with massaging function, heated front seats, a heated windshield, and a sunroof. It also features a black roof, a glossy black grille, LED projector headlamps, LED taillights, and LED fog lamps with cornering functions.
The Avenger is available in seven exterior finishes and an optional bi-tone look on certain grades. The premium paint finish and bi-tone look are available as options, adding to the MSRP. Built on the shared e-CMP2 electric platform, the Avenger offers impressive off-road capabilities with a 32-degree departure angle, a 20-degree approach angle, and a 200-mm ground clearance. Despite its compact size, the Avenger can comfortably accommodate five passengers.
