A pristine 1969 Dodge Dart GTS, painted in a rare and vibrant F6 Bright Green, has emerged from the shadows of time. This unrestored survivor, seemingly untouched by the passage of decades, boasts a paint job that shines like new, a testament to its meticulous care.

While a few minor touch-ups have been performed over the years, the original F5 Bright Green hue remains true to its roots, a testament to its rarity. Introduced in 1969 alongside Go Mango, Butterscotch, and HEMI Orange, this high impact color was a fleeting option, available for only a short period.

Its scarcity, coupled with the original black vinyl top, excellent chrome trim, and the recent addition of a black stripe around the rear end, makes this Dart a highly sought-after collectible.

Although the interior shows signs of wear, particularly on the seats, it remains largely original, complete with a center console, an eight track player, and a vintage style aftermarket tach. The car’s condition is a testament to the owner’s dedication to preservation, ensuring that this classic muscle car remains a timeless symbol of automotive excellence.

The Dart GTS, with its powerful V8 engine and distinctive styling, was a popular choice among enthusiasts in the late 1960s. This particular example, in its original F6 Bright Green paint, represents a rare and desirable piece of automotive history. Its pristine condition and limited availability make it a prized possession for any collector.

The car’s classic lines and vibrant color make it a standout, while its performance-oriented features, including a rebuilt carburetor and matching numbers three-speed automatic transmission, ensure a thrilling driving experience.

Although not the most powerful option available for the Dart in 1969, the 340 V8 still delivers impressive acceleration, capable of completing the quarter mile in approximately 15 seconds.
