The 2025 Chevrolet Silverado EV is set to debut later this year, featuring three trims with expanded range options and competitive pricing tailored for commercial buyers.
The available trims—Work Truck (WT), LT, and RST—will provide varying ranges depending on the selected battery pack. The WT trim offers the following options:
- Standard Range: EPA estimates to be announced later in the model year
- Extended Range: EPA-estimated 422 miles
- Max Range: EPA-estimated 492 miles
“Truck customers tell us range is one of the main barriers to considering an EV. The 2024 Silverado EV already was the range leader, and for this new model year, we’ve set the bar even higher,” said Scott Bell, vice president of Chevrolet.
The LT trim includes an Extended Range package with an EPA-estimated 408 miles and an Extended Range Premium Package offering 390 miles.
Meanwhile, the RST trim provides an Extended Range package with an EPA-estimated 390 miles and a Max Range battery pack estimated by General Motors to deliver 460 miles of range.
Silverado EV Lineup and Pricing
The Work Truck trim remains available to commercial customers, starting at $57,095 for the Standard Range battery pack. The Extended Range option has a starting price of $69,495.
The Extended Range RST trim begins at $89,395.
Silverado EV Set for Year-End Arrival
Chevrolet anticipates delivering the 2025 Silverado EV WT, LT, and RST trims to customers by the end of the year.
Later in the model year, a Work Truck equipped with the Standard Range battery pack will be introduced for both fleet and retail buyers.
This version will have a starting MSRP of $57,095, with the EPA-estimated range details to be revealed closer to launch.
The Silverado EV is manufactured using both domestic and globally sourced parts at Factory ZERO Detroit-Hamtramck Assembly Center in Michigan.
