India just made a big leap in space technology! They successfully test-fired a rocket engine built using a giant 3D printer. This is a major breakthrough because it allows them to build the engine much faster and with fewer parts.

The old way of building the engine required 14 different parts and a lot of welding. But with the 3D printer, they can print the entire engine in one piece! This also saves a lot of material – they used over 12 times less metal with the 3D printer.
