This race was similar to the one in Canada in 2011 because the weather kept changing, which was good for Jenson Button.

At the start, Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber from Red Bull were in the lead, but Fernando Alonso’s Ferrari got ahead. However, Alonso jumped the start, so he got a penalty.

Then, there was a big crash at Turn 6 involving three cars. Vitantonio Liuzzi lost control of his Force India and hit Kamui Kobayashi’s Sauber and Sebastien Buemi.

Because of the rain, some cars changed their tires during the safety car period. Nico Rosberg was leading, but Button passed him for the lead before the rain got heavier.

Lewis Hamilton and Vettel had a fight during pitstops, with Hamilton passing Vettel later on.

Button was leading when the rain came back, so he changed to intermediate tires. But another crash caused a safety car, and Button’s lead was gone.

During the race, Alonso passed his teammate Felipe Massa, making Massa angry. But after the race, it was seen as a racing incident.

Button kept his lead after the race went green again, with Hamilton behind him. They finished 1-2, with Button winning.

Button said it was his best win, especially because it was a tough race and his team did everything perfectly.

Hamilton praised the team for their great result.

Rosberg finished third and said it was a good race for him, but he struggled with his tires at the end.

Alonso finished fourth after his penalty, while Webber struggled and finished eighth.
