As Ferrari gears up for a memorable weekend in Miami, the spotlight shines on the marque’s rich tradition and innovative spirit, especially as it marks its seventieth year on the North American market. With a nod to its heritage, Ferrari will reveal a special livery featuring two historic colors, Azzurro La Plata and Azzurro Dino, on its cars during the Floridian festivities.

The most significant change is the introduction of HP as the team’s new title partner, marking a major milestone for the Scuderia Ferrari HP as they prepare to compete in the Grand Prix under this new banner. This partnership extends beyond Formula 1, encompassing initiatives like Maya Weug’s participation in the F1 Academy and support for Maranello’s young driver program and Esports team.

The collaboration with HP aligns perfectly with Ferrari’s theme for the Miami weekend, highlighting the return of the iconic Azzurro La Plata and Azzurro Dino colors. These shades, absent for nearly fifty years, will adorn the SF-24 cars, paying homage to Ferrari’s storied past. From the wings to the race numbers, these vibrant hues evoke memories of historic races and iconic Ferrari liveries.

In addition to the striking livery, both drivers and team members will don special kits, predominantly in Azzurro La Plata with accents of Azzurro Dino. These colors hold significant meaning, with Azzurro La Plata recalling Argentina’s racing heritage and Azzurro Dino representing a brighter blue favored by past Scuderia drivers like Arturo Merzario and Clay Regazzoni.

Away from the track, Charles and Carlos will cruise around in custom Ferrari 296 GTS Assetto Fiorano sports cars, showcasing personalized liveries created by the Maranello Style Centre. These bespoke designs, along with Ferrari-themed clutch bags, add an extra touch of flair to the weekend’s festivities.

The Miami Grand Prix will also feature a range of limited edition items inspired by Ferrari’s historic colors, including Puma’s Scuderia Ferrari Miami Limited Edition capsule collection and Ray-Ban’s first limited edition Meta glasses.

Stefano Domenicali, CEO of Ferrari, expressed excitement about the upcoming race weekend, emphasizing the significance of celebrating Ferrari’s heritage and welcoming HP as the team’s new partner. The shared values of excellence and innovation between Ferrari and HP promise a fruitful collaboration, further enhancing both brands’ pursuit of greatness.
