People are excited about Ferrari's success, but team boss Vasseur doesn't want them to get too comfortable

McLaren showed they were a strong team at the Miami and Imola races, and now Ferrari has joined them in the fight in Monaco. While Monaco’s track is unique and different from others, it’s clear that Red Bull, McLaren, and Ferrari are all very close in performance. The favorite to win each race depends on the track and how well they perform.

Red Bull is still expected to do well on smooth tracks like Barcelona, but they’re not as far ahead as before. Now, other teams can challenge them on tracks where Red Bull’s car isn’t as good, especially over bumps and kerbs.

Charles Leclerc, driving for Ferrari, is getting closer to Max Verstappen in the championship. Ferrari is also doing better in the constructors’ standings, just behind Red Bull.

People are excited about Ferrari’s success, but team boss Vasseur doesn’t want them to get too comfortable. He says they need to keep improving, even when things are going well. Vasseur wants every part of the team, including the drivers and the pit wall, to keep getting better.

He said, “If you start to think that you are in a good shape, you are dead. Even when you are doing a good job, you have to do a better job the week after.”

Vasseur’s leadership has helped Ferrari improve a lot. They’ve fixed mistakes without blaming each other, and the team feels more confident.

Leclerc praised Vasseur’s clear vision and quick action. He believes Vasseur can lead Ferrari back to winning championships.

But Vasseur isn’t thinking too far ahead. He knows that anything can happen in Formula 1, and they need to focus on each race as it comes.

Ferrari’s win in Monaco was important for boosting the team’s morale. Leclerc’s win, after a long time without one, was especially uplifting for the team.

Vasseur also praised Carlos Sainz, who’s been performing well despite knowing he won’t be with Ferrari next year. He’s been professional and dedicated to helping the team succeed.

Vasseur wants every person in Ferrari to feel like they’re making a difference. He told them that their hard work is what leads to success, whether things are going well or not.
