The 2025 Kia Sorento Hybrid has a new look compared to last year’s model. The gas-only Sorento got a new design and lots of technology last year. Now, the hybrid version follows with similar changes.
The front of the car has special “Star Map” lighting and amber daytime running lights. The back lights also have a unique thin design. The car has new 19-inch wheels to match its modern style. You can choose from colors like Cityscape Green, Interstellar Grey, Mineral Blue, and Volcanic Sand.
Inside, there’s a new Dust Blue color option. The base hybrid EX has a 4.3-inch screen for the instrument cluster and a 12.3-inch infotainment screen. The SX Prestige model has a curved panorama display with two 12.3-inch screens. It comes with advanced technology like Connected Car Navigation Cockpit, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and Digital Key 2.0. The top trim also has a suede headliner and ventilated front seats.
There are new options available too, like Smart Cruise Control-Machine Learning and Highway Driving Assist 2 with automatic lane change.
Here are the prices for the 2025 models, including the destination fee:
EX: $40,065
SX Prestige: $48,265
These prices are higher than last year’s models. The EX went up by $1,700, and the SX Prestige increased by $4,100. Kia didn’t change the prices for the 2024 Sorento Hybrid.
Both models have a 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, along with a 59-horsepower electric motor and a 1.5-kW battery. They have a combined power of 227 hp and 258 pound-feet of torque. The EX can be upgraded to have all-wheel drive for an extra $1,800, while the SX Prestige only comes with all-wheel drive.
