Celebrating Wayne’s visionary entrepreneurship and commitment to cutting-edge innovation, these exclusive vehicles embody the epitome of luxury and sophistication.
With a design ethos rooted in Italian craftsmanship and refined taste, Automobili Pininfarina offers clients the opportunity to co-create their “dream car” at the prestigious Cambiano Atelier. The collaboration has resulted in two highly exclusive versions of the Automobili Pininfarina B95 hyper Barchetta and the Battista hyper GT, aptly named ‘Gotham’ and ‘Dark Knight’.
These unique specifications pay homage to the luxurious lifestyle of Bruce Wayne, an iconic figure in pop culture history since his inception in 1939. Paolo Dellachà, CEO of Automobili Pininfarina, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting the shared commitment to pioneering sustainable technologies and inspiring new audiences.
Dave Amantea, Chief Design Officer, described the exhilarating experience of designing an all-electric hypercar inspired by Bruce Wayne, emphasizing the creative freedom afforded to the design team. Andrea Crespi, Chief Technical Officer, underscored Wayne Enterprises’ dedication to innovation, which is mirrored in the technical prowess of the B95 Barchetta and Battista hyper GT vehicles.
Robert Oberschelp, Head of Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products, emphasized the collaboration’s alignment with Wayne Enterprises’ guiding principles, bringing Bruce Wayne’s refined taste to life in the real world. The Gotham and Dark Knight specifications boast unique technical enhancements, powered by a high-capacity 120kWh lithium-ion battery and four motors generating 1,900hp.
Both models accelerate from 0-100km/h (0-62mph) in under two seconds, surpassing the performance of current Formula 1 cars. Notable features include Wayne Enterprises-inspired HMI display enhancements and performance-enhancing specifications such as tailgate shark fins and louver openings. The exterior design is adorned with Wayne Enterprises logos and distinctive aluminum chassis and door plates.
The interiors of the Gotham and Dark Knight models feature luxurious upholstery, reflecting Bruce Wayne’s civilian sophistication and technological prowess.
