Brabus has introduced its latest iteration of the Brabus 930 upgrade, applied to the top-tier Mercedes-Benz S-Class, known as the new AMG S63 E Performance.
Dubbed “Willkommen,” meaning perfection in German, the German tuner heralds its newest creation with a blend of exterior, interior, and performance enhancements, lending credence to its claim.
The focal point of this transformation lies in the PowerXtra B40E-930 performance kit by Brabus. This kit elevates the already robust electrified powertrain of the AMG S63 E Performance to a staggering 917 horsepower (equivalent to 930 metric hp) and 1,114 lb-ft of torque.
This substantial power boost, surpassing the stock 791 hp and 1,055 lb-ft of torque, aligns with the performance levels seen in Brabus-tuned models like the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S E Performance from the previous year, though it falls short of the 986-hp Rocket 1000, Brabus’s most potent offering.
In terms of exterior enhancements, the Brabus-tuned AMG S63 E Performance boasts a SportXtra suspension module, facilitating a swift 0-62 mph sprint in 3.2 seconds and an electronically capped top speed of 180 mph.
To manage this performance, the sedan receives upgraded 22-inch Brabus Monoblock ZM “Platinum Edition” CNC-machined forged wheels with a distinctive 20-spoke design.
Complementing these upgrades are various carbon fiber aero elements adorning the body, including a front spoiler with raised side flaps, side air intakes, a rear diffuser accentuating the quad carbon/titanium tailpipes of the Brabus sports exhaust system, and a subtle rear spoiler.
Inside the cabin, the Brabus 930 offers a choice between a black or Sky Blue color theme. The black variant features shell-shaped quilting on the seats, while the Sky Blue edition showcases a diamond design.
Both versions exude opulence with premium materials such as carbon fiber and leather, accentuated by numerous Brabus emblems throughout the interior.
However, such luxury and performance come at a premium price, with the Sky Blue variant priced at 479,889 euros (before taxes), approximately $523,000, and the black version slightly higher at 489,765 euros, roughly $534,000, reflecting the exclusivity and craftsmanship of the Brabus 930 AMG S63 E Performance.
