On Wednesday, NASCAR announced 15 nominees for the 2025 Hall of Fame class and five for the Landmark Award for Outstanding Contributions to NASCAR.

Among the nominees is Greg Biffle, who was the first driver to win both the Xfinity and Truck series championships and was successful in the Cup series. He’s up for the Modern Era ballot along with legendary engine builder Randy Dorton and three-time Truck champion Jack Sprague.

Other nominees include Ray Hendrick and Bob Welborn, who are joining the Pioneer ballot for the first time. Larry Phillips, who has been on the Modern Era ballot 10 times, is also nominated for the Pioneer ballot.

The voting panel will meet in person on May 21 to discuss and vote for the Class of 2025 and the Landmark Award. The winners of the NASCAR.com Fan Vote will also be included in the final ballot. The Fan Vote is open until May 19.

Here’s the list of nominees:

Modern Era Ballot:
– Greg Biffle: Truck Series and Xfinity Series champion, 19-time Cup winner.
– Neil Bonnett: Won 18 times in the Cup Series.
– Tim Brewer: Two-time Cup Series champion crew chief.
– Jeff Burton: Won 21 times in the Cup Series.
– Randy Dorton: Built engines that won nine championships.

– Carl Edwards: Winner of 28 Cup Series races.
– Harry Gant: Winner of 18 Cup Series races.
– Harry Hyde: 1970 Cup Series championship crew chief.
– Ricky Rudd: Won 23 times in Cup Series.
– Jack Sprague: Three-time Truck Series champion.

Pioneer Ballot:
– Ray Hendrick: Won over 700 times in NASCAR Modified and Late Model Sportsman.
– Banjo Matthews: Built cars that won more than 250 Cup Series races.
– Ralph Moody: Two-time Cup Series owner champion.
– Larry Phillips: First five-time NASCAR weekly series national champion.
– Bob Welborn: Three-time Convertible Division champion.

Landmark Award:
– Alvin Hawkins: NASCAR’s first flagman; established NASCAR racing at Bowman Gray Stadium.
– Lesa France Kennedy: NASCAR Executive Vice Chair.
– Dr. Joseph Mattioli: Founder of Pocono Raceway.
– Dr. Dean Sicking: Inventor of the SAFER barrier.
– Les Richter: Long-time NASCAR executive oversaw competition and helped grow the sport on the West Coast.
