Stellantis has revealed its decision to allocate an additional sum to its workforce in light of the company’s profits from the previous year.
This profit-sharing initiative amounts to a substantial figure of around 1.9 billion euros, earmarked for distribution among approximately 242,000 individuals.
A basic calculation demonstrates that, on average, each employee stands to receive about €7,850 as part of this profit-sharing arrangement.
It’s worth noting that the exact amount received by each employee may vary, depending on factors such as hours worked and possibly their position within the company. Stellantis has outlined various methods through which this profit sharing will be dispersed, encompassing a range of payout programs.
Expressing his appreciation for the dedication and hard work of the Stellantis team, CEO Carlos Tavares extended his gratitude during the announcement of the profit-sharing initiative, stating, “In a highly demanding and competitive environment, all Stellantis employees can take pride in our collective achievements over the past three years, and I extend my sincere thanks to each and every one of them.”
Over the span of those three years, Stellantis has disbursed an impressive total of approximately six billion euros in profit-sharing benefits.
