In a celebration of female empowerment and automotive excellence, the #SHEdrivesalambo event unfolded in the United Arab Emirates, captivating participants with the thrill of driving Lamborghini’s iconic Urus S from Dubai to Ras Al-Khaimah.
This two-day extravaganza wasn’t just a road trip; it was an odyssey spanning 400 kilometers of scenic routes, including winding roads and a daring off-road escapade through the Al Wadi desert.
Originating in America in 2023, the #SHEdrivesalambo initiative aims to immerse guests in the Lamborghini experience, fostering a deeper appreciation for the brand. At its heart lies the Urus S, a Super SUV hailed as the epitome of performance and luxury.
The Urus S boasts a formidable twin-turbo V8 engine, generating a staggering 657 horsepower (666 CV). This powerhouse accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (0-60 mph) in a mere 3.5 seconds, achieving a top speed of 305 km/h.
For the participants, the journey commenced amidst the glitzy skyline of Dubai, leading them eastward to Jebel Jais, home to Puro 1484, the UAE’s highest restaurant nestled 1,484 meters above sea level. It was a culinary experience set against the backdrop of breathtaking vistas.
