Amidst expectations of a grid-wide transition to pull-rod suspension, Ferrari, alongside Haas and Williams, opted to pursue individual strategies. While Haas maintains its ties with Ferrari, Williams chose to retain last year’s Mercedes arrangement.

Ferrari, although forgoing the anticipated pull-rod switch, implemented significant suspension layout modifications to align with the SF-24’s design requirements. Key adjustments include lengthening the chassis while shortening the gearbox casing and rear crash structure.

Notably, alterations to the pull-rod’s inboard position aim to enhance both mechanical and aerodynamic performance.

McLaren, while retaining its suspension framework, introduced refinements to optimize aerodynamic output, particularly focusing on the pull-rod front. These adaptations signify teams’ ongoing efforts to capitalize on performance potential while adapting to evolving technical regulations.
