European investors who own shares in Tesla are not happy with Elon Musk, the CEO, because he doesn’t want unions in his company. In Sweden, workers at Tesla have been on strike, which means they refuse to work until they get what they want. This happens a lot in Sweden because many workers there are part of unions, which are groups that help workers negotiate with their bosses.

But Elon Musk doesn’t seem to care much about the strikes. He thinks they’re not a big deal. However, the investors who own Tesla stocks are worried. They want Elon Musk to talk to the workers and their unions and try to find a solution. One of these investors is KLP, which is a big pension fund from Norway.

The strike in Sweden has been going on for a long time, and it’s causing problems for Tesla. The workers are not happy, and the company’s operations are being affected. Even though Elon Musk said he thinks the problem is over, the strike is still happening. The union, which is the group that represents the workers, says they might make the strike even bigger.

KLP, along with other investors from Nordic countries like Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland, are worried about what’s happening at Tesla. They sent a letter to the company in December to show their concern. They think Tesla should talk to the workers and listen to their concerns.

Some people think Elon Musk doesn’t understand the problems regular workers face because he’s so rich. They say when you have a lot of money, you might not realize how difficult life is for others. They compare this situation to a TV show called “Succession,” where a rich family doesn’t understand the problems of their workers.
