The extensive damage to these opulent vehicles underscores the severity of the flooding crisis.
Among those affected was a 29-year-old Vietnamese forex trader, known as Mrpips217 on Instagram, who found himself stranded atop the bonnet of his Rolls-Royce Ghost amidst the floodwaters. Images and videos shared on social media vividly depict the surreal scene of luxury cars submerged in water, symbolizing the extent of the devastation caused by the flood. Dubai, renowned for its affinity for supercars, witnessed a surreal sight as these prestigious vehicles fell victim to nature’s fury.
The floodwaters not only engulfed Rolls-Royce models but also affected other exclusive vehicles, such as a Pagani Utopia limited-edition hypercar valued at $2.5 million. Despite the adverse conditions, a video captured the Pagani navigating through the flooded streets with remarkable agility, showcasing its resilience amid the challenging circumstances.
