Noah Gragson, who drives the No. 10 Ford for Stewart-Haas Racing in the Cup Series, is expanding his racing endeavors by teaming up with Rette Jones Racing (RJR) for several Xfinity and ARCA events this season. RJR, benefiting from a technical alliance with SHR, plans to field Gragson in a part-time Xfinity entry for four races. His debut race in the No. 30 Ford is slated for May 25 at Charlotte Motor Speedway, marking his first Xfinity start since the 2022 season finale in Phoenix.
In addition to Charlotte, Gragson will compete in Xfinity races at Nashville on June 29, Michigan on August 17, and Darlington on August 31, where he boasts two previous victories. Gragson has a history with RJR, having partnered with them in various Super Late Model events, including the 2023 Snowball Derby at Five Flags Speedway in Florida.
Expressing his enthusiasm, Gragson emphasized the significance of this partnership, acknowledging the pivotal role RJR has played in his career. With gratitude for the opportunity to return to the Xfinity Series, Gragson aims to continue his success in the upcoming races and build upon the strong foundation established with RJR.
With 13 wins and numerous top-five and top-10 finishes since 2018, Gragson has proven himself as a formidable contender in NASCAR’s Xfinity Series. His career-best second-place finish in the Xfinity standings in 2022 with JR Motorsports underscores his capability and experience in the series.
The collaboration between Gragson and RJR extends beyond Xfinity races. Gragson will also represent RJR in the ARCA West race at Sonoma Raceway in June and the ARCA Menards Series race at Watkins Glen International in September.
Terry Jones, co-owner of RJR, highlights Gragson’s integral role not only as a driver but also as a mentor and contributor to the development of young talents within the team’s motorsports programs. RJR remains committed to its full-time ASA STARS National Tour team while expanding its presence in select ARCA Menards Series races alongside Gragson’s involvement.
