Finnish rally sensation Sami Pajari’s highly anticipated Rally1 debut will take place on home soil at Rally Finland, following a strategic shift in Toyota Gazoo Racing’s driver line-up for the upcoming WRC season.
Originally slated to make his mark in a fourth GR Yaris Rally1 at the inaugural Rally Latvia (July 18-21), Pajari will now tackle the familiar terrain of Rally Finland (August 1-4).
Toyota’s driver lineup for Rally Latvia has undergone a strategic shift, with veteran champion Sébastien Ogier stepping in behind the wheel.
This change comes after discussions within the team to bolster their fight for the manufacturer’s championship.
