Rolls-Royce has revealed the updated Ghost Series II, a luxury sedan that combines elegance and performance. Available in both standard and extended wheelbase configurations, the Ghost Series II starts at $355,000 and offers a range of customization options. For those seeking a more dynamic driving experience, the Black Badge version is available for $420,000.
The Black Badge features a more powerful engine, a sportier suspension, a better exhaust system, improved brakes, and quicker gearshifts. Under the hood, the Black Badge boasts a 592 horsepower V12 engine, an increase of 29 horsepower over the standard Ghost Series II.
Torque is also increased by 50 pound-feet to 664 pound-feet. Both models feature a ZF 8HP eight-speed automatic transmission, a proven gearbox that has been used in BMW models for many years. Outside, the Ghost Series II features revised headlights, a new illuminated Pantheon grille, and updated taillights.
With its luxurious interior, powerful engine, and advanced technology, the Ghost Series II is a worthy successor to the iconic Ghost. The Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II boasts a luxurious interior with a massive glass display panel stretching across the dashboard, integrating a front-passenger fascia, touchscreen infotainment, and a digital instrument cluster.
The Spirit operating system, paired with the Whispers smartphone app, allows owners to remotely control various vehicle functions and receive navigation updates. Rear-seat passengers enjoy dual streaming capabilities on individual screens and can adjust seat settings through a graphical interface.
USB-C ports, Bluetooth connectivity, and an improved Wi-Fi hotspot are also available. The upgraded 18-speaker audio system delivers enhanced sound quality. Sustainable interior trims and a new metallic paint color, Mustique Blue, have been added to the options list.
The front upper wishbone damper unit has been updated for a smoother ride. While delivery estimates are not available, the Ghost Series II is now available for order in North America.
