Lucid Motors has introduced the 2024 Air Pure RWD, priced at $77,400, making it the most affordable model in its luxury electric lineup. This new variant offers a single motor rear wheel drive system, delivering 430 horsepower and a 0-60 mph time of 4.5 seconds.
Its EPA-estimated range is an impressive 419 miles, making it a standout in efficiency and long-distance capability. The model features Lucid’s signature aerodynamic design and luxury interior, maintaining its premium aesthetic while broadening market appeal.
The 2024 Air Pure RWD comes with advanced features, including a 34-inch curved Glass Cockpit display, Lucid’s DreamDrive driver-assistance suite, and rapid charging capabilities that add up to 150 miles of range in just 12 minutes.
Lucid has also streamlined its options for the Air lineup, eliminating the AWD variant of the Pure and enhancing flexibility for customers by integrating popular features, such as massaging seats, as optional upgrades across trims. This release aligns with Lucid’s efforts to expand its customer base by offering competitive pricing without sacrificing luxury or performance.
Alongside the Air Pure, Lucid has also adjusted pricing and features for other models, such as the Air Touring, which now starts at $85,900. These strategic updates highlight Lucid’s focus on creating more accessible yet premium EV options.
