BMW UK has begun laying the groundwork for the rollout of Keyloop’s next-generation Fusion automotive retail platform, following presentations to more than 100 dealer partners from the German brand.
Keyloop is already a preferred technology supplier to BMW Group UK, with 82.5% of BMW and Mini dealerships currently using at least one Keyloop system. On a global scale, the company supports more than 1,200 BMW and Mini locations across 55 markets.
At a recent event held in Farnborough, retailers were given an in-depth introduction to Fusion, which Keyloop describes as a platform designed to cut operational complexity while helping businesses better support customer lifetime value.
The session featured live demonstrations and interactive workshops, showing how Fusion’s core capabilities can be deployed across both sales and aftersales operations.
Mark Webster, head of digital transformation at BMW Group UK, said: “Digitalisation is central to BMW’s strategy, and partnering with Keyloop on Fusion reflects our commitment to innovation.
“Fusion will enable us to deliver a truly connected experience for our customers while supporting our retailer network with tools that drive efficiency and agility.

“This new platform aligns perfectly with our vision for a seamless, data-driven future.”
Fusion is structured around four operational domains, all supported by an “active data core” that maintains a single, unified customer record across departments. The platform is cloud-based and designed for rapid deployment, making it suitable for retailers of varying sizes, including large multi-site dealer groups.
According to Keyloop, Fusion is built to enable fully omnichannel customer journeys, automate key operational processes, and help lower overall operating costs.
Tim Smith, chief strategy officer at Keyloop, said: “We’re laser focused on simplifying the vehicle sales and ownership process and delivering on our ‘experience first’ principles.
“Fusion ARP is not just about technology; it’s about transforming how our industry operates and creating real value for everyone involved.”
Keyloop added that Fusion is intended to serve as a foundational framework for manufacturers and retailers as they transition toward “more efficient, data led operations.”
