Renault’s Twingo E-Tech electric is set to be unveiled to the public for the first time at the Brussels Motor Show, running from 9 to 18 January.

Renault will showcase the Twingo E-Tech electric at the Brussels Motor Show between 9 and 18 January, marking the model’s first public appearance. Customer orders will open on 8 January, with pricing starting at €19,490 for the entry-level Evolution trim before the application of government incentives.

Designed as a compact electric city car, the Twingo E-Tech is powered by a 60 kW electric motor and a 27.5 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, delivering a WLTP-certified driving range of 263 km. The model is built on Renault’s AmpR Small platform.

The higher-spec Techno variant is priced from €21,200 and adds features such as the OpenR Link infotainment system with Google built-in, adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go capability, and one-pedal driving functionality.

Both the Evolution and Techno versions come equipped with a 6.6 kW AC onboard charger as standard, while an optional charging package introduces an 11 kW bidirectional charger along with DC fast-charging capability of up to 50 kW.

The Twingo E-Tech also supports vehicle-to-load (V2L) functionality, allowing it to supply up to 3,700W of external power, as well as vehicle-to-grid (V2G) capability designed to help reduce home charging costs.

Throughout 2026, Renault plans to hold a series of launch-related events, including Twingo Expo and Twingo Festival at le défilé renault on the Champs-Elysées in Paris. In parallel, the company will present six electric mobility products developed by European startups under its “Twingomania” programme, each incorporating design cues inspired by the Twingo E-Tech.

International press road tests are scheduled to take place in the spring, while the Twingo E-Tech is also set to make an appearance at the Roland-Garros French Open, running from 18 May to 7 June.
