Audi said the updates demonstrate the extensibility of the Premium Platform Electric and E3 electronic architectures. Audi has revealed a range of hardware and software enhancements for the 2027 model year A6 Sportback e-tron and Q6 e-tron lineups, with the updated vehicles set to reach U.S. dealerships in the second quarter of 2026.
Among the changes are a refreshed MMI infotainment interface, a revised multifunction steering wheel that brings back a physical scroll wheel, an optional built-in dashcam, expanded driver assistance technologies, and improved voice control functionality.
New EV-focused features include a more efficient regenerative one-pedal braking system that allows the vehicle to come to a complete stop without switching to traditional friction brakes, as well as a Power Nap mode designed to create a calm, restful environment during charging sessions.

The S6 Sportback e-tron also receives a new dynamic plus drive select mode, which enables controlled oversteer through precise calibration of the electric quattro all-wheel-drive system and brake torque vectoring.
All 2027 A6 e-tron and Q6 e-tron variants will come standard with Audi Signature Care scheduled maintenance, covering the first three years or 30,000 miles of ownership.
Pricing for the 2027 lineup begins at US$64,500 for the Q6 e-tron SUV quattro, US$66,700 for the A6 Sportback e-tron, and US$68,300 for the Q6 e-tron Sportback quattro. The SQ6 e-tron SUV starts at US$73,200, followed by the SQ6 e-tron Sportback at US$75,600, while the S6 Sportback e-tron carries a starting price of US$79,600.
