Embraer, the Brazilian aircraft manufacturer, has fully embraced electric alternatives through its air mobility spin-off, Eve, marking a significant stride in global aviation sustainability. But their innovative ventures don’t stop there.

Operating in tandem with Eve Air Mobility, Embraer-X serves as the company’s innovation arm, dedicated to fostering sustainable design, integrated mobility solutions, and airborne information systems.

Eve emerged as Embraer-X’s inaugural project, focusing on electric air mobility solutions. Today, Eve stands on the brink of commercially launching its flagship aircraft.

Embraer-X’s commitment to sustainability extends through partnerships like Greentown, a prominent climate tech incubator with offices in Boston and Texas. With headquarters in Melbourne, Florida, Embraer-X has seamlessly connected with Greentown, leveraging global expertise and collaboration.

Eve’s success is evident in its nearly 3,000 pre-orders and extensive industry collaborations, including partnerships with United Airlines for its all-electric fleet.

The Eve eVTOL features a lift-plus-cruise configuration with fixed wings and eight rotors, promising a 60-mile range on a single charge and reduced noise levels, which is ideal for urban operations.

Embraer-X envisioned Eve not just as an eVTOL manufacturer but as a comprehensive air mobility service provider, offering operations solutions and an in-house Urban Air Traffic Management system. As Eve excels in electric aircraft, it has also secured numerous ATM contracts worldwide.
