The Meridian edition comes with an off-road package that includes multiple off-road accessories. It comes in two colors. These are Zircon Sand and Polymetal Gray metallic. The Meridian edition gets s Terracotta brown interior. The off-road package includes upgraded 18-inch wheels. These wheels are wrapped on the Falken Tires, which are all-terrain suitable. Additionally, in this package, you will get rocker panels, a roof rack, graphics on the body, and a change in headlamps. There are a few customization options also available.
Power And Performance Of The CX-50 Meridian Edition
The CX-50 Meridian edition gets the same engine specifications as the standard CX-50.
It will get a 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine. This engine offers 256 horsepower, while the standard engine offers just 187 horsepower. CX-50 gets a six-speed automatic transmission as the standard equipment. The time taken to accelerate from zero to sixty mph is 6.6 seconds. It is a fair enough figure for a Mazda. But we expect the Meridian edition to get a quicker acceleration. It is an all-wheel drive with great suspension.

CX-50 is a spacious compact SUV. It offers two rows of seats for five people. It gets a premium cabin with all the Mazda touches. The dashboard is mounted with a 10.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The price of the Meridian edition will depend on your CX-50 model. The off-road package will cost you $2,800 more than the 2.5 Turbo model CX-50. The 2023 CX-50 comes in multiple variants options. The base of the CX-50 starts at $28,025. This model will get all the basic equipment. As we move further, the Turbo model comes with a price tag of $37,625. At an extra cost of $2,800, CX-50 gets the new off-road package, bringing along a better off-roading experience. It will cost you around $41,000 for the Meridian edition. This edition will include all the packages. And the top variant is the Turbo Premium Plus. It is priced at $42,775. You can add the meridian package in this variant as well.
