Take, for instance, the silver Mercedes-Maybach S 680 we spotlighted not long ago a true silver bullet exuding luxury.
Recently showcased by RDB LA on social media, this flagship sedan boasts fresh wheels that complement its look, along with extra tinted windows for added privacy. Another variant caught our eye: a murdered-out model from the same company, sporting an all-black exterior and identical wheels.
While the sleek Mercedes-Maybach S 680 is undeniably striking, something feels amiss. It could be the absence of privacy windows, the less-than-ideal concave wheels in black, or the lack of exterior chrome accents.
Although RDB LA hasn’t unveiled the interior, it likely retains the potent twin-turbo 6.0-liter V12 engine, producing 621 horsepower and 664 pound-foot of torque. Priced at $229,000, excluding destination, this model is a pinnacle of luxury, albeit missing some key elements we’d prefer untouched.
