Looking for an electric car that goes the distance? Look no further than Hyundai as they’ve snagged six of the top ten spots for the most fuel-efficient EVs in the US for 2024. This includes their IONIQ 6, IONIQ 5, and the Kona Electric.

Hyundai’s electric vehicle success isn’t a one-time thing. They’re actually the second best-selling EV brand in the US so far this year, beating out big names like Ford and GM. They’ve sold over 18,500 electric cars in just the first three months of 2024, thanks to their IONIQ and Kia EV models. And that’s not even counting all their other electric vehicles.

Hyundai isn’t just winning on efficiency – they’re keeping things affordable too. The 2024 Kona Electric got a makeover, with more range, a faster charger, and a stylish new look. Plus, it starts at under $33,000, making it one of the most budget-friendly electric cars out there.

Looking for an electric car that goes the extra mile (or should we say extra miles)? Hyundai has you covered! They’ve dominated the charts for the most fuel-efficient EVs in the US for 2024, claiming six out of the top ten spots according to the US Department of Energy and EPA.

Hyundai’s IONIQ 6 even snagged the number one position! The 2024 IONIQ 6 Long Range RWD with 20-inch wheels boasts an impressive combined rating of 140 MPGe. MPGe stands for miles per gallon equivalent, which is a way of measuring how efficient electric vehicles are.

Here are some other Hyundai and Kia models that made the list:

  • IONIQ 6 Standard Range RWD: This one comes in at number three with a combined MPGe rating of 137.
  • IONIQ 6 and Kia EV6: There are several variations of these models on the list, all clocking in between 114 MPGe and 121 MPGe.
  • Kona Electric Long Range: This affordable option comes in at number eight with a combined MPGe rating of 116.
  • IONIQ 5 Long Range RWD: Rounding out the Hyundai/Kia dominance at number ten is the IONIQ 5 Long Range RWD with a combined MPGe rating of 114.
