Aston Martin’s Latest: 2025 DBX Gets Cabin Upgrade and UI Overhaul. Aston Martin is giving its DBX SUV a significant makeover for the 2025 model year, addressing key complaints with a redesigned interior and enhanced user interface, while streamlining the lineup to focus solely on the high-performance DBX 707 variant.

Set to hit dealerships in the second quarter of the year, the 2025 DBX will exclusively offer the DBX707 model, featuring a potent twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 engine producing 697 hp (707 hp in metric figures). This decision reflects Aston Martin’s strategic shift towards ultra-luxury and high-performance vehicles, with the DBX707 variant constituting more than 70% of DBX sales since its introduction in 2023.

Responding to customer feedback, Aston Martin has revamped the interior of the 2025 DBX, introducing a redesigned cabin and an upgraded UI system. Notably, the previous 542-hp twin-turbo 4.0-liter V-8 option has been discontinued, leaving the DBX 707 as the sole model in the lineup. While external design changes are minimal, the focus of the update lies in the cabin, which has undergone extensive changes.

The dashboard now aligns with the premium design language seen in Aston Martin’s latest models, such as the DB12 and Vantage. Key updates include newly designed screens for the digital gauge cluster and infotainment system, along with revised center console controls that replace the previous touchpad and scroller wheel.

Aston Martin’s in-house infotainment system, first introduced in the DB12, debuts in the 2025 DBX, offering wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, along with full online connectivity via the Aston Martin app. The cabin also boasts enhanced connectivity with multiple USB-C connections and a standard 14-speaker sound system, with an optional 23-speaker Bowers & Wilkins setup available.

In addition to interior improvements, Aston Martin has refined the exterior with five new paint finishes and updated door mirrors to accommodate cameras for a 3-D parking display system.

Mechanically, the DBX 707 retains its 697-hp twin-turbo V-8 engine, delivering power to all four wheels through a nine-speed automatic transmission. While prices for the 2025 DBX have yet to be announced, deliveries are expected to commence soon, offering customers an upgraded and more refined driving experience.
