Mink Campers has garnered accolades for its innovative, lightweight, and modern design within the area of custom motorcycle building. While the S model remains a memorable creation, the spotlight now shifts to its larger, off-road-ready sibling, the X model.

The Model X, presented in a sleek grey and black color scheme, represents the latest offering from Mink. While maintaining the signature Mink body and camper shell design, the X model distinguishes itself with enhanced off-road capabilities.

While not tailored for extreme rock crawling, it enables adventurers to explore hidden beaches and traverse off-road trails with ease. One notable improvement is the increased ground clearance, providing an additional 3 cm (1.2 in) compared to the S model.

Though the exact method of achieving this clearance remains undisclosed, it likely involves larger all-terrain tires. However, this enhancement adds 30 kg (66 lbs.) of weight to the X model, attributed in part to its larger fenders.

Despite these changes, the X retains the beloved features of the Mink camper lineup. Crafted from durable ABS plastic, the camper shell offers longevity and lightweight construction, weighing in at just 750 kg (1,653 lbs.). Moreover, its insulation, moonroof, and functional exterior galley contribute to its appeal as a versatile travel companion.

While pricing varies depending on location, the average cost for the X model is approximately $30,000 (€28K), making it an enticing option for adventure seekers seeking a blend of comfort and ruggedness in their travels.
