After several spy shots and an official teaser last week, the Kia Tasman is once again in the spotlight, this time with several unofficial renderings. The team at Kolesa has digitally removed its camouflage, showing a detailed design, particularly at the front.

The model features a long front end, side-positioned headlamps, a unique grille that differs from current Kia models, a corporate logo above the grille, and a simple horizontal line running from the rear of the front wheels to the open bed.

The name Kia is prominently displayed on the tailgate, styled in a functional manner. The soon-to-be-released Tasman boasts V-shaped taillights that extend into the tailgate, a straightforward bumper with a niche for the rear license plate, a shark fin antenna, a subtle roof-mounted spoiler, roof rails, and robust door handles that suit this rugged vehicle well.

The launch of the Tasman in the United States is unlikely, as Kia has indicated that the Tasman, named after the sea between New Zealand and Australia, will mainly target Australia. However, it will also be available in other markets, such as South Africa and the Middle East.

Kia expects to release the model next year, and by then, more information should be available, either through official announcements or various reports. Hopefully, we’ll also get to see some prototypes without camouflage to see how closely they match these realistic renderings.
