Albert, Harry, Jack, and Sam Warner started Warner Bros. Pictures Incorporated in April 1923, 101 years ago. Batman first appeared in Detective Comics in March 1939, 75 years ago, created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger. Warner Bros., the owner of DC Comics, has given Batman a special gift for his 75th anniversary: unique versions of the Pininfarina Battista coupe and Pininfarina B95 speedster.

There are two versions of each car, inspired by Gotham City and the Dark Knight himself, making a total of four cars. They all have the same powerful engine, with four motors powered by a 120-kWh battery, producing a total of 1,877 horsepower and 1,696 pound-feet of torque. These cars can go from 0 to 60 miles per hour in under two seconds and have a range of 300 miles on a single charge in the U.S.

The Italian automaker introduced the B95 Barchetta last year, a speedster similar to the Aston Martin V12 Speedster and Ferrari Monza SP1. The company planned to make ten units, with deliveries starting in 2025. It’s unclear if the Batman editions are part of these ten or are additional.

The Gotham versions of the cars are designed to reflect Bruce Wayne’s elegant side. They have backlit Pininfarina badges, silver paint with black contrasts, and a unique roof design. The coupe has more curved glass and louvers in the wheel arches for better aerodynamics. The interiors feature tan leather and stitching with quilted center panels in the seats.

The Dark Knight versions represent Batman’s high-tech side, with black paint, a black leather interior, and special features like a voice for the infotainment system by Alfred Pennyworth, Bruce Wayne’s butler.

These cars are part of a lifestyle division called Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products, which offers a range of branded products inspired by Batman. You can learn more and apply for one of these cars at www.BruceWayneX.com. The prices are as follows:

– Battista Dark Knight: €3,400,000 ($3.6M U.S.)
