The BMW XM, the second standalone model from BMW’s M Division, fails to meet the expectations associated with the performance-oriented sub-brand. Despite being the company’s second standalone model after the iconic M1, the XM’s visual appeal falls short compared to other BMW models.

Nevertheless, the XM has garnered attention from enthusiasts, particularly those seeking customization options. Various tuners have released aftermarket enhancements for the XM, offering owners the opportunity to personalize their vehicles. Larte Design, a renowned modifier, recently introduced a new styling package for the XM, although it’s akin to dressing up a less desirable model.

The latest proposal from Larte Design, known as the Label Red version, incorporates red accents, a signature feature of the XM. These accents adorn various parts of the vehicle, including the grille, front splitter, window trim, and wheels. Additionally, the tuned XM features a range of carbon fiber components, including trim pieces and aerodynamic elements.

While the interior remains largely unchanged, the XM Label Red boasts impressive performance figures. Powered by a 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine and an electric motor, it delivers 738 horsepower and 737 pound-feet of torque. With a 0-60 mph time of 3.7 seconds, the XM Label Red outperforms its counterparts, including the X5 M and X6 M.
