Kia has broadened its range of electrified vehicles with the launch of the EV3, a compact crossover SUV. This new model is constructed on the E-GMP platform and reflects design cues from the EV9, showcasing the latest Tiger Face front design and Star Map lighting for the daytime running lights.
The EV3’s dimensions are 4,300 mm in length, 1,850 mm in width, and 1,560 mm in height, with a wheelbase measuring 2,680 mm. It features a front-wheel-drive setup with a 150 kW electric motor, allowing it to accelerate to 100 kph in 7.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 170 kph.
The EV3 offers a choice between two battery packs: a 58.3 kWh version and an 81.4 kWh version, with the latter providing an impressive estimated range of up to 600 km. With nine exterior color options, including Aventurine Green and Terracotta, and an available GT-line model for a more rugged aesthetic, the EV3 caters to diverse style preferences.
Inside, the trims are inspired by natural elements such as Air, Earth, and Water, featuring a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 5-inch climate control panel, and a 12.3-inch infotainment display.
