Owners of the 2024 Ford Mustang GT and Dark Horse with manual transmissions should be aware of a potential safety hazard.

The clutch pressure line, which carries brake fluid, may not be secured properly. This could cause the line to rub against hot exhaust components, melting the line and leading to a leak.

While the leak won’t affect the car’s brakes, it will prevent gear changes and could even start an underwater fire.

Starting at $30,920, the 2024 Mustang EcoBoost offers a turbocharged engine for a balance of performance and affordability.

Stepping up to the GT brings a powerful V8 engine, with a starting price of $42,460 for the fastback and only available as a convertible in the better-equipped Premium trim.

The range-topping Dark Horse starts at $58,935 and focuses on delivering the most thrilling driving experience. While the GT and Dark Horse share similar horsepower figures, several key details set the Dark Horse apart.
