The Sport Hybrid and Sport Touring Hybrid trims feature a hybrid powertrain that combines the 2.0 liter engine with an electric motor and a battery pack.

The Civic Hatchback is available with a variety of features, including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, a touchscreen infotainment system, a rearview camera, and a suite of advanced safety features. The Sport Touring Hybrid trim also includes premium features such as a premium audio system, heated and ventilated front seats, and a panoramic sunroof.

The 2025 Honda Civic Hatchback lineup retains its top spot in terms of power with the 315-horsepower Type R model. The hybrid variant delivers a respectable 200 horsepower and 232 pound-feet of torque, while the standard 2.0-liter engine produces 150 horsepower and 133 pound-feet. Honda anticipates that the hybrid will account for 40% of Civic Sedan and Hatchback sales in North America.

All Civic Hatchback models feature dark trim and black alloy wheels, while hybrid grades include a standard moonroof, dual-zone climate control, and heated front seats. The Sport Touring Hybrid further enhances the experience with Google’s built in infotainment, a premium Bose sound system, wireless charging, leather seats, and machine finished wheels.

Honda has also upgraded the Honda Sensing safety suite for 2025, improving its ability to detect motorcycles and bicycles. Additional safety features include front and rear seatbelt pretensioners, knee airbags, enhanced Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Keeping Assist, and improved Forward Collision Warning and Road Departure Mitigation with Lane Departure Warning.
