For the big race in Miami, the teams from England and Italy decided to give their car, the VCARB01, a whole new look. They call it a “chameleon livery,” kind of like the cool colors you see on a special prepaid card from Cash App, one of their main sponsors.

They kept some parts of the car the same, like the blue and silver cover over the engine and the red and white wings. But the rest of it got a complete makeover. The new design starts at the front of the car and goes all the way back, with colors blending together like a rainbow – teal, pink, orange, and yellow. They wanted to make sure their car really stood out from the others on the track.

The CEO of the team, Peter Bayer, thinks this new look is perfect for their first race in the United States. He says the team has been making big progress since they launched in Las Vegas a few months ago, and they want to take fans on an exciting journey. He’s excited about how Visa and Cash App, their partners, are helping bring people together through experiences that are unique to Formula 1.

The special chameleon livery will be driven by Daniel Ricciardo and Yuki Tsunoda this weekend. They revealed the new design at a big event in Miami’s Wynwood district, famous for its street art. This event is just the beginning – Bayer promises there will be more exciting things happening off the track to set their team apart.

The team and its partners are hoping to attract younger fans, which is why they chose to reveal the new look in the home market of Visa and Cash App. Bayer says they’ve been talking a lot with their partners about reaching out to this new, younger audience, especially through social media.

Of course, racing is still the main focus, but they also want their team to be fun and entertaining. They’re trying to make Formula 1 more accessible to fans who might not be able to come to the race track in person.

That means adding events in city centers with big music acts and creating a whole experience around the sport, both on and off the track. They want to capture that Red Bull spirit and share it with fans everywhere.
