The practice session had to stop because Valtteri Bottas hit the wall, breaking his car’s front-right suspension. After they moved his car, the practice continued. All cars went out on the track with a lot of fuel to prepare for qualifying.

At first, Lewis Hamilton had the fastest lap, but then George Russell and Nico Hulkenberg battled for the top spot. Then, Oscar Piastri set the fastest time, but Charles Leclerc went even faster, just like he did in the last practice session.

Leclerc got faster as the session went on and set the best time with his first set of soft tires. Then, he put on new tires and improved his time even more. His teammate, Carlos Sainz, was second fastest, but he was over half a second slower than Leclerc.

Max Verstappen was third, but he struggled in some parts of the track. Sergio Perez, his teammate, blocked him on his last attempt to go faster.

Hamilton was third, but he had some problems during the session. Bottas’s car caused him trouble early on, and he also locked up his tires at Sainte Devote.

Piastri was fourth, and Perez was fifth, even though he said his car was not good. Russell and Sainz were sixth and seventh, with Lando Norris right behind them.

Yuki Tsunoda did well again with the ninth fastest time, and Fernando Alonso completed the top 10, spending the first part of the session on medium tires.
