Rolls-Royce Unveils A Trio Of ‘Spirit of Expression’ Commissions For China, Including ‘Phantom Extended ‘Magnetism’

Rolls-Royce recently revealed three exclusive commissions under the title ‘Spirit of Expression’, designed specifically for affluent Chinese clientele. Inspired by global locations, these bespoke vehicles were showcased at the 18th Beijing International Automotive Exhibition (Auto China 2024).

The British luxury marque introduced these one-of-a-kind Rolls-Royces, including versions based on the Ghost Extended, Phantom Extended, and Spectre Electric Coupe models, as a testament to China’s significance as a key market.

The ‘Spirit of Expression’ commissions marks a milestone as the inaugural one-of-one Rolls-Royce creations emerging from the Private Office Shanghai, which was established the previous year. Chris Brownridge, CEO of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, emphasized the personalization aspect, stating that each vehicle reflects the unique tastes and preferences of the Chinese clients, drawing inspiration from global locales that resonate with them, such as the beaches of Sicily and Boracay Island.

Among the showcased commissions is the Rolls-Royce Phantom Extended ‘Magnetism,’ which exudes the magnetic allure of a beach bay at night with its two-tone exterior coachwork in Cala Luna Sand and Kabira Blue, accented by hand-painted coach lines in Arctic White and Cala Luna Sand.

The Rolls-Royce Ghost Extended ‘Expressionism’, on the other hand, boasts a distinctive Boracay Blue exterior inspired by the sunsets over Boracay Island, complemented by unique alloy wheels and Lime Green pinstripes.

Completing the trio is the Rolls-Royce Spectre ‘Escapism’, featuring a striking two-tone finish of Lantana Red and Tempest Grey, capturing a sense of celebration and tranquility. This model is adorned with illuminated Spirit of Ecstasy figurines and 23-inch seven-spoke wheels with centers painted in Lantana Red.

These bespoke creations underscore Rolls-Royce’s commitment to delivering super-luxury products tailored to the discerning tastes of its clientele in China, showcasing the brand’s dedication to craftsmanship, innovation, and personalization.
