Citroen has finally launched C3 as its first mass-market car in India. The new Citroen comes with the most powerful turbo engine in the segment. Citroen C3: Features & Interiors
The all-new C3 comes with almost the same design as the debut car of Citroen in India, the C5 Aircross. C3 comes with some exciting features that are amazing in this price segment. It will have a huge 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system that can be connected wirelessly with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The C3 is also getting a digital instrumental cluster, a premium feature in this segment.
Although few other cars also have the same, it is a rarely seen feature at this price. This hatchback cum SUV will also get dual airbags, parking sensors, tachometer, defogger, and 15-inch dual-tone alloy wheels. This car has many more features, but these were the ones to look out for.
What Is The Power Of Citroen C3?
Well, what are the expectations from this French automobile maker? We must inform you that Citroen is a very successful automaker in the global market. However, it was just launched in India. Citroen is well known for its feature-loaded powerful cars. Citroen C3 will get two options in the petrol engine. This car is not yet available in the automatic version. It is only available with a 5-speed manual transmission. The C3 will get a 1.3-liter, three-cylinder natural engine. This engine will be able to produce 82 horsepower and 115 Nm.
The second engine option is 1.2-litre, three-cylinder turbo-petrol engine. This turbo engine will generate 110 horsepower and 190 Nm. The turbo version of this car will be mated with a 6-speed manual gearbox. The Turbo engine of the C3 makes it the most powerful engine in the segment. Citroen claims that both engines will give a mileage of 19.6 kmpl and 19.4 kmpl, respectively.

The New Citroen C3: Prices & Varients
Citroen C3 will be available in two variants: Live and Feel. The Live variant will only be available in 1.2 petrol engine. The price for this variant is Rs. 5.71 lakh. The other variant, “Feel,” comes in both engine options. Price for the natural petrol engine of the Feel variant is Rs. 6.63 lakh.
On the other hand, the same variant with a turbo petrol engine comes for Rs. 8.06 lakh. It is the most expensive variant of the C3. All of the prices mentioned above are ex-showroom prices in India.
