In a development that will surprise absolutely no one, Pagani has once again reworked its already legendary Zonda, and it still manages to impress.
The latest version, named the ‘Cervino’, is described by its creators as a full reinterpretation of the Zonda built on an existing chassis. It has been carefully redesigned to meet the vision of a private collector, with every surface and line reworked to create a completely new design language.
This one-off build comes through Pagani’s ‘Unico’ programme and features a fully custom body. The company says its styling draws inspiration from alpine peaks, though visually it also includes elements like a roof scoop and a large rear wing.

Underneath, the Cervino receives a revised suspension system with new dampers and high-end components intended to combine the Zonda’s classic analog feel with more modern performance capability.
While Pagani hasn’t confirmed the exact engine details, it is widely expected to use a powerful naturally aspirated V12, likely the familiar AMG 7.3-litre unit. Exact output figures remain undisclosed, but performance is expected to be extreme.
The car will be showcased at the upcoming Fuori Concorso event alongside another Zonda, the C12S 7.0, which has been fully restored under Pagani’s ‘Rinascimento’ programme and is noted as the brand’s first-ever one-off creation.
Pagani sums it up by saying that whether through Rinascimento, which celebrates its heritage, or Unico, which pushes bespoke design forward, the atelier continues producing unique machines meant to stand the test of time.
